Gil Aharoni is the CEO of Farmera, leading the company’s mission to turn agricultural waste and post-harvest challenges into scalable, sustainable solutions. With senior leadership experience across leading agricultural organizations, Gil brings deep expertise in agriculture, commercialization, and global fresh produce markets, combined with a strong passion for innovation and sustainability.
Liran Gruda is a food innovator and entrepreneur with a background as a chef in leading restaurants worldwide. He founded Gruda Food Lab in 2015, specializing in food science, agricultural innovation, and scalable product development. Liran is also co-founder of Meala FoodTech, focused on clean-label alternative proteins and next-generation food technologies.
Or Golan is the CMO of Farmera, with extensive experience across food manufacturing, retail, and food innovation in European and international markets. Based in the UK, he specializes in product commercialization, manufacturing scale-up, and operational strategy, helping bridge food innovation with scalable implementation across the agri-food and food manufacturing sectors.
